My treatments are created around a simple idea — that taking time to slow down and be cared for can be an important part of looking after yourself.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. Each treatment begins with a short consultation so that I can tailor your experience to you, adapting the areas of focus, massage techniques and pressure to your individual preferences.

Treatments take place in my peaceful home treatment room in Hopton, Suffolk, using carefully selected botanical oils and Infused with Kindness products wherever appropriate.

The Restore Ritual gives us 75 minutes to combine a relaxing full-body massage with additional time spent on the areas where you'd particularly like attention.

Pressure and techniques are personalised throughout, allowing the treatment to be both restorative and deeply relaxing without feeling rushed.

For those times when an hour just doesn't feel quite long enough.

Ninety unhurried minutes created to give you permission to completely switch off.

Alongside your personalised massage, your ritual may incorporate additional touches such as warm towels, a relaxing foot ritual and gentle scalp or facial massage.

Finished slowly, with time to come back to the world before you leave.

No rushing. No complicated routine. Just time to rest and be cared for.

Your treatment will be tailored to your skin and will include cleansing, exfoliation, massage and nourishing products chosen to leave your skin feeling beautifully cared for.

Treatments will feature professional MONU Skincare alongside my own handcrafted Infused with Kindness botanical products.

The Botanical Ritual

More than a facial — this is my complete botanical wellbeing ritual.

A luxurious 90-minute treatment combining a personalised facial with massage and beautifully considered moments of relaxation.

Professional MONU Skincare and handcrafted Infused with Kindness products will be selected according to your skin, while the extended treatment time allows the experience to unfold slowly and without rushing.

For when you want to give yourself more than a facial — you want the whole ritual.

I am currently completing my professional training in Reflexology, and I'm really looking forward to bringing this wonderful treatment to Infused with Kindness once I am fully qualified.

Your treatment, your time

You don't need to know which massage technique you need before booking.

We'll have a short consultation before your treatment and talk about how you'd like your massage to feel, any areas you'd particularly like me to focus on and anything you would prefer me to avoid.

Your treatment can then be adapted using the techniques I am professionally trained in, including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.

Most importantly, this is your time.

Come as you are. Switch off for a while. And leave the rest to me.
